Nikkei will jointly use your personal information with Nikkei group companies.

  1. The range of personal information that will be jointly used will be identical to the range stipulated in clause 1, “Personal information we collect.”

  2. Nikkei group companies listed here will jointly use your personal information.

  3. The purpose of joint use will be the same as stipulated in clause 2, “How we use your personal information.”

  4. Nikkei will be responsible for the management of joint use.

10. Handling of personal data of EEA residents


Clause 10 shall apply only to the handling of personal data of users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), in addition to clauses 1 to 9.

Clause 11 shall apply only to the handling of personal data of users residing in California in addition to clauses 1 to 9.

  • The right to know what personal information is collected about you;
  • The right to request the deletion of your personal information;

CCPA permits you to request access to and deletion of your personal information and requires us to ensure so that you can control certain information transfers deemed to be a “sale” under CCPA.
